Yoga is a great way to find that much needed balance and calm while obtaining a work out. Increase core strength and flexibility with the controlled poses and breathing. Some of the benefits may include:

The Warehouse runs both Yoga sessions as well as the Les Mills’ Body Balance class that combines Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Our Yoga classes run for 1 hour and 15 minutes while the Body Balance sessions runs for 1 hour only.
