Train for the City to Surf with the Warehouse’s in-house triathlete and running guru Sarah.
(Q) What does the program involve?
(A) The program includes:
- – personalised coaching and advice both in person and via e-mail support
- – a printed running program to follow week-by-week
- – 2 group running sessions per week
- – recommendations for group fitness classes that will compliment the running program
Other options (at additional cost) may include team “Warehouse” sign up and running singlet or t-shirt depending on popularity.
(Q) What does a group running session entail?
(A) A typical session would run for approximately 60 minutes with a warm up, running drills, time or distance running intervals and a cool down or stretch.
(Q) When and where will the sessions be held?
(A) Sessions will be run from the South Freo club on Monday and Thursday mornings at 7:15am. Sessions may move to nearby parks or ovals depending on the nature of the training session and weather.
(Q) How much does the program cost?
(A) The program is available for only $99 for the entire 12 weeks! If you’d prefer to come on a casual basis you can do that for $10 per session.
(Q) How long does the program go for?
(A) The program runs for the 12 weeks leading up to the City to Surf which is held on Sunday the 28th of August.
