You don’t need to be a member to enrol your kids in Summer Squad…. And in fact if you aren’t you are still welcome to use the gym while your child is in class.

Casual class $11.00
4 classes a week 3:45pm to 4:45pm
Monday – Sports Skills
This class is designed for children with an emphasis on fun, enjoyment and maximum participation. All participants are encouraged, educated and entertained using sports and activities to develop essential social and motor-skills, all in a fun and safe environment.
Tuesday – Twirl Light Zone
Fun for all during this innovative class, your child will learn new skills and experience joy of movement with music using fun light-up props such as; light sabers, wonds and light sticks. Easy and fun form of exercise that not only improves coordination and creativity, it helps with focus, concentration and body awareness.
Wednesday – Yoga and Stretch
Our super fun Yoga class helps establish healthy habits at an early age. Yoga can enhance your child’s strength, coordination and flexibility, while encouraging body awareness and self-esteem. It can reduce your child’s anxiety and stress and promote a sense of calmness.
Thursday – Bootcamp
This class is designed to bridge the gap between competitive and non-competitive children introducing fitness in a fun, motivating and more flexible manner than many team sports. Allowing children to improve their co-ordination, cardio-vascular fitness, strength and endurance. While promoting team work, communication skills, lateral thinking and self confidence.
